When I present talks about Raw Foods, I always emphasize the importance of listening to your body. When you take a bite and you may have to sneeze or your head itches.........it's your body's response to rejecting what you just put into your mouth. Eliminate item by item and do without, then see if your body reacts the same. When I prepare a Pineapple Smoothie, I always start coughing - my body does not like pineapple.......so pay attention to what your body tells you........
Hope you savored every morsel of food that might not have been in your best interest. While my eating habits were OK, i did indulge in a couple of glasses of Proseccco, so today I couldn't wait to make a green smoothie in my blender.
Here is the recipe:
2 organic apples, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped (otherwise it ruins the motor of your blender)
1/4 cucumber (used a whole one)
1/2 organic lemon
1 thin slice of ginger (actually i used three knobs of fresh turmeric)
2 big handfuls of organic spinach
1 1/2 cups water
It made more than I wanted to consume at one sitting, so I stored the smoothie in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid.

Growing up in Southern Germany, we celebrated Christmas in a little different way.
First of all we believed in the Christchild versus Santa Claus. We would leave presents for others on the windowsill with the windows ajar just a little bit, so the Angel can fly and pick up the presents. I remember a couple of times my father pointed out the Angel flying overhead...........Never saw her, I always had my head in a different direction.
Also while the Christmas tree was bought in advance, the mother of the household would set it up and close off the room until the Christchild would ring the bell on Christmas Eve. Usually we would have gone to the cemetery to place flowers, candles, etc on the graves of our grandparents in the late afternoon, then come home and have a special meal. Once we heard the Bell, we could go in the closed off room and view the tree, sing Silent Night*, wish each other a Merry Christmas and then we opened up our gifts - one at a time. We would play with our gifts until it was time for Midnight Mass, after which we would come home and eat sausage and drink beer with the immediate family. Christmas Day is reserved for the relatives and the 2nd Day of Christmas is reserved for spending time with our friends.
*One year we sang a stanza of Silent Night in German, English, Italian and Spanish - representing each of our native lands. Voices weren't that great, but we enjoyed the effort.

Did you realize that while clutter is an obstruction in your home, it is also a health hazard?......just the accumulated dust alone will cause you congestion, sneezing etc. .
Imagine that you have to move and decide what are you willing to move yourself.........that will certainly reduce the amount of "stuff". Am doing that right now...I have been in the same house for the past nine years.........Woah! it's time to review and reduce my belongings. (I'm even going through the Christmas Cards, donating extras to charities.)
As I mentioned before we can't address your Feng Shui issues if you are bogged down with clutter.
I just found the following while shredding dated materials:
A poem by Stephen Grelley
I shall pass thru this world
But once; any good thing
Therefore I can do, or any
Kindness I can show to any
Human being, let me do it now.
Let me not defer it or neglect it.
For I shall not pass this way again.
